'Frankie Wheeler' - Day 2
If you ask me, 'Franckie Wheeler' is one cool chick. She was painted on site behind the Pungo Board House, in Virginia Beach, VA. She was born out of the acknowledgement of the play between the flexible, dancing branches and the robust, ridged materials propped, stacked, and strewn about haphazardly. The composition speaks to me of the beauty found in transitional states. We live our lives in these states, this piece speaks to me of the beauty in these places of becoming, of almost, of not quite. There is so much life, energy and beauty in these imperfect spaces. This piece is honest, humble and ripe with possibility. This work is titled 'Franckie Wheeler'. Franckie's dating profile would speak of a woman who is hardworking, kind, and laid back. Others describe her as a natural beauty. She puts on no airs. She is not fussy nor pretentious. My guess is she probably has a splinter in her foot or salt water in her hair. She's an adventure cat, independently combing lands with fortitude and finesse.
